Email banning isnt a good solution. They can make a new email in under 5 minutes.

Its actually really straight forward to make a new one, but yes it is easier to reuse an old one.

and their excuse is they only opn a pc onces in a while, it not right, thats why i upload per hour or 6 hourly thing should be introduced
