When RSL makes account after account when they are deleted, posts show pictures, and hacks ES.

Not sure has he hacked anything or not, I'll look.
Deleting user accounts is bad idea, because it's easy to return
and register with the same email. So we are going to just ban
such users without removing them, functionality is almost ready.
