Help with a shoot tomorrow night!!!

Tomorrow night I am taking pics with my 60D of my friend singing at a bar/venue, and I'm guessing it will be kinda dark and not sure what mode would be best to use with my camera or adjust any of the settings. I don't think I will use flash. Any tips would be great!
