I got a Mad Cats racing wheel for £80. But it had no FF
So I got a second hand official xbox one for £60. So far so good.
Defiantly get one with FF, Logitech look good.

If you're budget is tight, get a Thrustmaster Ferrari GT Experience. I got one for like $45 and it works great. FF, paddle shifters, and it works for PC and PS3. That's just the cheapest one though; I've never tried it, but everyone seems to like the G27.

I am gonna buy either the ferrari gt experience or the hori ps3 official steering wheel. both have paddle shifter but if i can afford the f430 scuderia thrust master im gonna buy it for ps3.

I got the G25, the G25 and the 27 are awesome!
LFS & Test Drive Unlimited are the best games i played with the H-Shifter and the Clutch.

The 27 is great in my opinion. But I'm on a budget. What is LFS? Ihave the Test Drive Unlimited 2. It is nice and fun. What console do you play on?
