How long and how much?
A mobile site could be done for 20$ a month, that would take a few weeks probably an fully featured app would take me and my partner a LONG time, but I could do something that allows you to look at the pictures as fast as the mobile site then develop on top of that for either 200$ a month or 50$ a month with a first month up charge of probably 50$ All my sites packages are at http://solidsm.com.
