I believe that the problem is that cars keep getting better. I would say like the Mclaren Senna and the Bugatti Divo, they should almost have their own name for them. They are light weight and fast as frick. They have the look, price, and specs, to make them hyper car like. But the Lamborghini Huracan, I would consider a high end sports car at this point. I’m not saying it’s not fast, because it definately is, but it’s not as good as the stuff coming out now. It’s sorta more common now, as it has been out longer, and is now like a trend. The Audi R8 could also be considered one. But I agree with the Mclaren F1. It’s a very weird car to classify, because it’s ahead of most cars on the market today, in terms of specs. It’s not very common, mainly because they stopped making them, but, and I might be completely wrong on this, it’s probably faster than a Huracan. So I would consider it as a hypercar, because you could put it up against an Aventador, and it might do pretty well, if not beat it. My end thought is that it just comes down to personal preference and marketing. Like the company name, Royalty Exotics. I’m not throwing shade, but it’s all a marketing strat, to say that they sell or let people rent out an exotic car, when they have other cars that they sell.
