1993 VW Cabriolet [2000-2005] - downsized to 1 car family. Convertible is not very practical. Once we got dogs, didn't drive with top down. Was based on MkI Golf, essentially driving a 1974 design in 2005. Yikes.

2005 Subaru Impreza [2005-2014] - Head gasket

2013 Subaru Outback [2014-2016] - Liked the Impreza, wanted something a bit bigger. Too bad bigger means worse. 6 spd and narrow powerband meant always in wrong gear.

Edit: Added the years owned to the best of my memory.

My family mostly owned Japanese econoboxes.

Dad:
- 1992 Toyota Corolla
- 1995 Nissan Pathfinder/Terrano (this thing is built like a tank, I liked it a lot)
- 1999 BMW 323i E36
- 2004 Toyota Kijang Innova
- 2002 Hyundai Trajet (my dad really hates this car, he even call the Trajet as a 'rolling piece of lemon cr*p' due to the parts of the car were prone to breaking off. This literally causes him to hate Korean cars so much now)
- 2007 Honda CR-V
- 2009 Nissan Serena (despite this car is luxurious on the inside, I disliked this car, due to the fact this thing's performance is pathetic. And it handles like a freaking boat)
- 2013 Mercedes-Benz C 200 (W204)

Mom:
- 1987 Honda Civic LX
- 1995 Suzuki Vitara
- 2000 Suzuki Cultus Crescent
- 2002 Honda Civic
- 2003 Toyota Kijang (I actually loved the fact that this thing is really unbreakable and can withstand literally anything, too bad she sold it)
- 2008 Toyota Yaris 5-door
- 2011 Toyota Avanza
- 2014 Toyota Agya (now this is starting to went down due to the fact my mom now buys a car that literally looks like a cr*p)
- 2018 Toyota Calya (if the Agya ain't bad enough, then you gotta look at the Calya. Basically the only good feature on the Calya is that it seats 7, that's all. Otherwise, it's bad in every way. It handles like a boat, it's really unstable when driven at freeways, it had pathetic acceleration, etc.)

Me:
- 2001 Honda Civic EX (US)
- 2016 Honda Civic LX (US)
- 2017 Honda Brio

My old Jeep was a cr*p mobile lol the only good thing about it was the 4WD otherwise it was pathetic at driving, horn sounded like a fairy, the fenders are a constant rust issue, and the V6 engine has no beef to it unless its upgraded but my old Ford Taurus was awesome it went through a flood without any flood damage and it never died on us but it sure was fugly lol with rust, mudflaps and ugly factory made rims

Finally got the pic to work out. This is my current fleet, 2009 VW GTI and 2011 BMW 328i Coupe. Both have some miles but are in pretty good condition, and very fun to drive. Both have manual transmissions because why would you want a nice car with the wrong transmission?
