It could be benficial,
For example: Say you upload a photo of a Vintage Ferrari that you really like, you can see who has a similar interest as you etc...

It's a good idea, but I think a couple of problems could present themselves.
Take for example the Mercedes SLS AMG Black Series I uploaded a few months back. It has over 100 likes, and showing all the users who liked it would take a lot of room.
Also, it may cause users to start arguments if they see another user didn't like a photo they had uploaded. We don't need wars to start out over the subject.

lol i like how you casually advertise your own picture. and it could say show more, or show less and it will hide them. and i dont think anyone will be that immature about who liked and didn't like their picture, but you never know with some people
