Yeah we bought a Camry we thought was new from Toyota and was listed as a completely new car with sticker price but it had been wrecked before it reached the dealership and they had to repair it. But it still runs great and I think I'll be getting it!

I was eyeing a used Lotus Elise listed way below market, which obviously raised some flags. The seller handed over a report, but a few service records didn’t match the timeline. I reached out to carfax customer support to ask about the inconsistencies, and they helped clarify how the entries were logged from different sources. Ended up walking away from the deal, but it saved me from a potential mess. Always better to double-check before buying anything labeled “exotic on a budget.”
