For the first time in four years, a Jaguar XKR-S. Funny story, I think. This was yesterday:

We were in San Marcos, TX running some errands and parked to go to the Lindt Chocolate store. I noticed in the distance two light blue cars parked in front of each other. I thought they were just Grabber Blue Mustangs, well the one in the back was. But something about the proportions of the other one didn't scream Mustang. :D So as we walked closer to the store I kind of saw the wing and thought, "Is that a...- OMG!" So we went in, I got my stuff, went out and sadly it was gone. This felt like my absolute worst miss at the moment. But we drove around to find it.

At first it seemed like there was no luck. I saw a facelift Continental GT and got out to get some pictures. Getting back into our car I could've sworn I saw something light blue pass by in the corner of my eye! We rode around again. Again, something blue flashing in the distance. And then I saw it way across the parking lot parked at GAP. Needless that made my day XD.

I haven't edited the pictures yet but well here's what it looks like now:

The last time I saw an XKR-S coupe was at a dealer around like March 2013. I still can't believe my luck.

Those things have depreciated like rocks. Surprised they aren't being spotted more often, but it seems like they're even harder to spot than cars like Ford GTs and BMW Z8s.

It and the XFR-S (which I've still have yet to see) are around 50-60K now. Still about as special to me as seeing most super cars imo. I don't know what it is with Jaguar though, they all depreciate bad. Most F-Type R's after one year are 70k used.

Well there are only 200 XFR-Ss in America, so they are rarer than almost anything else on the road. I've seen one, which looked to be a dealer demo, but sadly I wasn't able to get great pics of it.

There are only 200 in the U.S.???
I saw one in Fort Lauderdale and didn't even take photos of it! I just thought, "oh that's cool, haven't seen one of those in a while." Rather angry at myself now.
