I'd rather drive a Ferrari that that can "beat" than drive that.

Bimmer gang

yeah, he is trying to sell it so he can fix up his 89 supra targa, then he will try for some exotic under 30k

I can't think of many "exotic" cars under 30k..

Older Qattroportes

nah, the only cars he is thinking about is a v8 vantage or 997

You'd only be able to get a 911. The V8 Vantage is still sitting at $45,000, with probably $50,000 for a decent one (don't get the cheapest one you can find).

he is not getting one for about 3 years so they might go down, and if not, I want to see if he might consider a db7 volante even though he doesn't want a convertible

I'm not even seeing any DB7s for less than $30,000 at this point, and some of those are late '90s cars.

The cheapest one I've seen so far is a 2002 for $29,000 with 31,000 miles.

I was expecting 1.5 times that. You may beat a 20 year old Ferrari, lol. With that amount of power you'd be lucky to beat an RS5.

I think you can get a Lotus Elise or Esprit for under $30k.
