Well in their defense, the weather called for severe thunderstorms, potential flooding, and damaging winds of 50+ MPH soooo...
We quite literally had a hurricane (it was some rain and hurricane force winds that knocked out the power for a good portion of the city for several days that came from the remnants of a hurricane) come through a concours and people still went. There were sticks and small branches falling onto cars.
Hahahaha guess you don't have the stuck-up rich folk like we do in Greenwich.
