The rules obviously don't explicitly say "no Motorplex photos" but I think the essence of the Motorplex is illegal. The way you described it, it's personal storage of people's cars, in other words a private garage, which we've established isn't legal. Sure you may not know what will be outside there, but that doesn't take away from the above description.
