Motorplex Spots: Legal or Illegal?

For those of you who do not know what the motorplex is, it's a place where exotic owners keep their exotics. It is basically a community of garages where exotics ALWAYS are. The cars aren't always out of the garages, but they're known to be there 24/7.
Spots have even been submitted to ES of cars in the garages. Doesn't exactly seem legal to me. Let me know what you think.
So what is your opinion? Legal or Illegal?

Of course you, the uploader from the Motorplex, would vote them to be legal.
That's like going to the zoo and saying "I spotted a giraffe in the wild today! It was at the zoo but that's okay because they don't come out often."
