You are correct, the '488' is actually a 458 Spider and the 'Quattroporte' is actually a Ghibli.

The 488 rear lights are very different to the 458's and 488's also only have 2 exhausts, not 3 like the 458. The two exhausts are placed on either side of the number plate.
