The person behind the lisper accounts was zonka-81. He was banned for an indefinite amount of time. Remember it is very easy for us to check who has multiple accounts here. If you use another account to troll, like zonka-81 did, there are consequences.

Well thanks for the info. I believed him when he said it wasnt him, but I guess I was wrong.
