Oh. I never steal photos. But if you had an account under the name "Flickr" and posted photos from other Flickr accounts, but gave the uploader credit, would that be stealing? :/

No. As long as you cite the source it isn't stealing. Whether it's legal on this website is another question.

Someone awhile back made an account on here called "autogespot", took photos from the site, and cited the source, and no action has been taken.

Outside ES, i'm good friends with Sketchy29.

He sent me a picture of a viper he saw leaving a local restaurant where cars shows are held weekly on wednesdays.

It was leaving the restaurant.

He said "do me a solid and upload this pic"

I uploaded it.

Zachistan flagged it, said show spots werent allowed (i know this)

I replied, said that it wasnt a show because that was what jake had told me

So then jake comments and says show spots arent allowed

talk about hippocrite, right?

So i got quite the hefty ban. I've been banned already since monday and it SERIOUSLY sucks because i have some REALLY good pix (by my standards, not yours :D) to upload.

If I remember correctly, you explicitly stated it was leaving a show at some cabin or something in the description of the pic you uploaded. If my memory is correct then it is your fault.

I usually post about 3 or 4 spots a week. Usually I never post more than 1 photo a day.
