theres a good example on the main page as to why we need upload limits

hes got 3 full rows on featured and it sucks even more for the unfeatured page where its 4 rows

Haha I just complained about that in the other thread. It's usually the same people, too.

Maybe I will sound rude by saying this but I will anyways. Featuring lesser cars for people that live in areas with less exotics is complete BS. That's just tough luck. It shouldn't matter who posts a certain car. Everyone should be equal on ES.

I completely agree, I come from Devon, UK there is barely an Exotics here but I get by, I still get likes, it's about luck not about how rich or poor the area. We are all equal and should get the same treatment.

Plus it's not about how many likes you get, it's the thrill of spotting these beautiful cars. If you are all about the like you don't get the point of this website and you need to find a new site like Tumblr

No you definitely won't. Nothing in life will ever be completely equal so people just have to deal with that. I could see featuring typically unfeatured cars if the shot is exceptionally good but featuring them just because the person lives in an area with less cars is BS.

I agree and I live where there are few exotics on the street. It is BS

upload limits are a must on this site!

but danny u cant have people being allowed to have featured cause they live in certain area. completely unfair and it not our fault u live in a area that has less exotics.

that idea is being selfish

and i think its selfish that none of you will even consider any idea's or come up with an idea to help out the people who get little attention on the site

even something small would help, it feels like you guys wanna keep the featured page for rich people and the unfeatured page for non-rich people

and this whole thread is not about likes at all, its the comments that people want

ES is objective. It picks featured/unfeatured spots based on the car, not who or where. If you don't spot featured cars then that's not up to the site to change. I just looked through my old account and had maybe 3 cars that would have been featured. I don't see many exotics at all and haven't had much to post in so long, but I'm still not complaining.

That's essentially what I do. The "recent" page (that shows all spots) is bookmarked on my browser so I see unfeatured ones whenever I come here. People just need to change how they use the site, not the site itself.

People stumble across them anyway. But people have sent me messages saying like and favourite. That's not the spirit of the site. Like finding the cars it's all about luck to get these likes. I have had a couple pictures where Andrewo has given his opinions and congratulating me on my spot. GTRJacko and loads more have, they are big big names on this site, they are the celebrities of the site (sorry if I forgot to mention anyone else) but that's the thrill. These guys are big time and I'm small time and they drop by and give a comment and like. That's a thrill not begging for the likes.

I think it is selfish for someone to want their spots that do not deserve to be featured on the featured page just because they are poorer or see less exotic cars. It is discriminating against the people that actually go to the extra effort to see all the exotics they can. It shouldn't matter who posts the picture. A photo should be featured for the quality of the spot, not because of who posted it.
