Well honestly there is a very easy way to avoid this: Don't post photos you didn't take!
Also I don't get why people watermark photos that their friends or family took, its not their photo so why watermark it.

I had the same problem too, every time I summit a picture to be uploaded it fails to make it even though the quality is good and the car is exotic (e.g. Ferrari F430, McLaren MP4-12C. Doesn't bother me that much though, I just don't attempt to upload anymore and get on with it.
