Restore my car, chop top, supercharged v6 swap, lower it, paint it, custom interior, body kit, lambo doors, and make it the coolest, fastest, and most amazing Fiero ever made!

Good luck chopping a Fiero.

I would get a 2003/2004 Lotus Esprit in orange, put some Sport 350 wheels on it, and lower it a couple inches.

Probably get a stock Supra, a stock RX-7, split the money leftover, and pour the rest into mods

There is a company that has been known for for over 20 years for doing chops. costs like $5k

I'd probably get a Corniche for a fun car or a Range Rover Sport for a daily driver.
