In other words TDU2.
pretty much, except the cars wouldn't all drive the exact same, plus good graphics, so basically a non-sh*tty tdu2.

I love TDU2, but the sounds are cr*p.

There is going to be a city. there using two different engines for the 360 and the xbox one versions. the one for 360 will use the same engine as horizon and be built by SUMO games or something along those line.
Going to pre-order tomorrow hopefully..

Go to online shop, search for game, when found, click "pre-order".
Or walk in to a game store, say "pre order Forza Horizon 2" and things will happen.
