Should We Have An Upload Limit?

i think we need an upload limit to stop the selfish people who bulk upload

as of making this thread puffead has bulk uploaded 3 rows of featured photos which sucks for people who got featured content up today

and including unfeatured photos he bulk uploaded 4 pages which sucks even more because unfeatured cars get unnoticed enough as it is

also i dont care that i name him, sounds like hes done it many times and doesnt care... but he isnt the only one (here is proof he couldnt careless >Click Me!<)

so i think a daily upload limit is needed

i dont know what figures..

maybe:

2 uploads per 1hr?
4 uploads per 6hrs?
4 uploads per 24hrs?

since it is max 2 pics per car, it should be no more than 4 to 6 pictures max for a 6 hour period

I would say definitely. Maybe 10 a day would be good. I'm sure many of us find it annoying when our pictures are buried by 20+ someone put on at once. Even if Gregg or Epluplus don't add a limit we can still encourage people to not post so many at once.

You know if we do ~10 a day that people are gonna do all 10 at a time and that doesn't fix the problem. 6 a day or 2-4 every few hours would be fine, as long as there's sufficient time for other people to upload and get the views they deserve.

12 a day is way to much, thats like 2 and a half rows worth of pictures, 6 is just one row. i think tme frame should be between 4 to 6 hours as thats plenty time for people in different time zones to upload their spots
