this is not a 599xx this is a mansory stallone.. 599xx are not street legal but they can be purchased by private owners but they are not allowed to keep them at their house they must stay at a ferrari compound unless they are being tracked, ferrari did the same thing with the fxx

Not a 599XX...this is a bodykit package done by Mansory and it is called the Mansory Stallone ferrari 599. besides, i'm pretty sure a 599XX is not street legal because it is a race car...
